Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety: We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please try aga We have a family account with myself and my 2 children. All but one of the accounts is fine. For one child we cannot access Online Safety to enable him to
play Minecraft with his sister. When she is in game he doesn’t even see her as online. if he is in game she can see him but when she tries to join it says “unable to join game” or something to that effect. We have been (for months and using 2 separate consoles
+ using PC) getting the following message when we try to accessXbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please try again later.
There is no troubleshooter or fix given. The «Privacy» and the «Xbox 360 Online Safety» are both fine for this child.
How do we get past this?
