Огромное спасибо. На официальном сайте только одна рекомендация «подключите геймпад, и он все сам найдет»; или же советуют зайти в диспетчер устройств, и там тоже все найдется само. Ни один из способов не дал результата. Драйвера с этого сайта сразу заработали.

боже!!!!!!!!спасибо тебе большое!! весь день парился и наконец таки я сделал! ребята делайте все через заднюю часть панели ПК и возможно как у меня проблемы еще могут возникнуть с проводом, если не получается попробуйте заменить провод usb. Да вроде глупо, но с другим проводом мой геймпад, ПК не видит!!!!!
