Здравствуй, дорогой читатель. Сегодня я поведаю тебе о маленькой, но ооочень приятной (по крайней мере для меня) хитрости.
Дело в том, что мой компьютер слушает команды от мышки производства компании A4Tech, модель WOP-35. Это очень старый девайс, который до сих пор есть на прилавках магазинов. И я точно знаю, что не одному мне она очень нравится. Причина такой моей безграничной любви — это пара программируемых кнопок на правом и левом боках мышки. На левую кнопку я прилепил команду «копировать», а на правую — «вставить» и уже забыл когда отвлекался на клавиатуру, чтобы выполнить эти две воистину волшебные команды. Недавно я поставил себе Windows 7 и ужаснулся. Проблема в том, что если для Windows XP драйвер этой мышки есть, то для Win 7 его нет. Тот что для XP подходит для Vista, но не работает на 7. Очень трудно было отвыкать от этих боковых кнопочек, но на днях я сделал открытие 
Оказывается, можно установить драйвер другой мыши (в моем случае это был драйвер для беспроводной лазерной мини-мыши Defender S Geneva 735) и настроить в нем боковые кнопочки. Для начала нам нужно скачать вышеописанный драйвер. Я это сделал от сюда — http://defender.ru/support/drivers/12257/ . Качать нужно только Файл: «12257_Mouse-win7-setup.zip». Распакуйте архив, про инсталлируйте драйвер, перезагрузите компьютер. После этого в лотке значков панели уведомлений (обычно это слева внизу на панели задач) должен появиться значок как на рисунке обозначенный красным кружком. Щелкнув по нему откроется меню настройки драйвера мышки. Если вы хотите чтобы левая кнопка копировала, а правая вставляла, то настройте всё в точности как на рисунке. 
В общем кнопка 1 — это правая, а 2 — левая. Всё. Теперь наслаждаемся удобством от использования этой верной и удобной старушки.
