1. Go to the volume icon on your desktop, right-click on it, then choose “Sound”.
2. Go to “Recording” to check if the level meter moves when speaking into the microphone. Check if the microphone is not mute and set the volume from 50 to 70%.
3. Test the microphone on another PC if it is working. You can also restart the PC and plug in the microphone again to see if it will work properly now.
