Стоит также отметить, что в этой сборке по умолчанию включена «Панель ввода планшетного ПК», но от нее достаточно легко избавиться. Вполне возможно, что она содержит новый интерфейс системы, продемонстрированный Microsoft в ходе кейнота на D9 на примере сборки 7985, но энтузиасты все еще не обнаружили способа его включения.

REQUEST: Windows 8 Milestone 3 build 7959 — 32-bit
I do know the beta era of Windows 8 has long passed, but as I was browsing the FTP server this morning, I noticed that build 7989 (according to AlphaBeta, linuxlove was trying to unlock Metro in this build) was only released in x64.
To the best of your knowledge, was there a 32-bit version that had leaked, or was this build released exclusively in x64?

Probably none.
Windows Defender for great justice! Bugs are an international trading company. I need to defeat the anti-debugging and obfuscation methods. It wasn’t for Intel’s absurd ability to load in ie6. Why even waste time with people in an envelope?

Saying that a 32-bit version exists is just common sense, it’s not like AlphaBeta has any special insight on the subject.
To my knowledge, the 32-bit 7959 never made it outside of MS. Of course, bare in mind that the 64-bit leak was Server, and there is no 32-bit Server as of 2008 R2. There would have been client compiles though, and there would have been a 32-bit variant of these, they just didn’t get outside MS. Within the private groups before it leaked, it was often distributed together with 7955, which was the de facto 32-bit variant. Either way, even by that stage, 32-bit was considered inferior to 64-bit leaks, so there was just less demand for them generally.

The new version of Windows 8 has been leaked. The new leak is 64-bit Windows 8 of M3 (milestone 3) build 6.2.7989.0 with full build string of 6.2.7989.0.amd64fre.winmain.110421-1825, apparently from winmain branch, the branch that typically get released as a beta, RC or RTM. The build version also indicates that the build is compiled on April 11, 2011. That almost two months earlier, which means the development of Windows 8 now is almost closed to beta phase.
New features that been found on Windows 8 M3 include immersive UI (patched shsxs.dll for unlock required), new boot screen, new “Language Switcher” interface on Taskbar, new interface to enable or disable Windows functions, new Aero in “Metro-style”, new History Vault interface, and a new wallpaper. The build is also found to be much more stable that previously leaked builds. However, some features such as user tiles have been locked and hidden instead.
For people who interested, the leaked 64-bit version of Windows 8 M3 Build 7989 is now available for download via BT torrent.

There is another version of ISO for leaked Windows 8 Build 7989 which has missing 200 KB of size also circulating on the Web, which has the MD5 of 5CB7A32FB7A83972081792EC27BA8CCC and SHA1 of 5C7828407F6C8CD8EE655E821AEA85F3544BCB84, but the build is functional and working too with identical install.wim file.
Microsoft has demoed Windows 8 publicly on its new user interface and some new features. It’s widely believed that the beta version of Windows 8 will be released soon, probably some time in September when the BUILD event is held.
The reports are surfacing that yet another Windows 8 build has been leaked this time its Windows 8 Build 7959 milestone 3 which has 7959.fbl_srv_wdacxml.110307-1930 build tag meaning it was compiled on 7th March, 2011. It should be noted that this is x64 (64-bit) & server build unlike other Windows 8 ultimate leaked builds.
