Today we are going to share a new theme for Windows 7 which will provide Windows 8 Consumer Preview look-like interface in Windows 7.
As we all know recently Microsoft released free Consumer Preview (Beta) build of Windows 8 to public which can be downloaded here. This new Windows 8 build comes with lots of new features, enhancements and new UI.
The new Windows 8 theme which we are going to share today, has been created by our friend “fediaFedia“. This theme tries to make Windows 7 look-like Windows 8 Consumer Preview.
The theme comes with square borders in windows and provides cleaner Aero glass effect. This theme also features invisible “Show Desktop” button in Taskbar similar to Windows 8 Consumer Preview.
Also the user picture has been removed from Start Menu as Windows 8 Consumer Preview doesn’t come with Start Menu and Start Menu looks more clean without the user picture.

Простая и светлая тема для Windows 7, которая пародирует Windows 8 Consumer Preview.
Установка:
Установите Universal Theme Patcher, котрый находится в архиве.
Далее следует переместить все файлы из архива в папку C:\Windows\Resources\Themes. Запустить тему можно двойным щелчком мыши по файлу с форматом .theme или используя Рабочий стол –> Правая кнопка мыши –> Персонализация –> Установленные темы.

Okay since there were so many requests to make my Windows 8 VS for 7 more realistic, I decided to make a different version for you.
I’m keeping the previous one unchanged for now because I’m not really a big fan of how the current Windows 8 theme looks.
But anyway, here are the changes:
Lighter Window color
Restored scrollbars to default
Thinner border
Invisible Show Desktop button
This one is based on the aeroNoUserpic version, because, well, Windows 8 doesn’t have a startmenu at all. So at least the nouserpic version would look cleaner.

Microsoft has released Windows 8 with lots of new features, it has also got a new Aero lite theme for it which can be used by its users.
If you too want to get same Aero lite theme on your Windows 7 computer than you can get it, fediaFedia at DA has made a Windows 8 Consumer Preview for Win7 theme for Windows 7.
After installing you will get square borders in Windows explorer, Invisible Show Desktop button, and User picture has been disabled from Start Menu and lots of other feature.
