Was working great until earlier this week

T6835WIP was working well until about a week ago. Restarted phone, deleted and reinstalled the app, and reset the cam to factory settings. Nothing works. I even tried adding it to the WinBook app (it is a WinBook camera, but only works on your app).

Can not connect if in the same networks

Suddenly, everything is in chinese!

The cameras themselves work well once you figure out how to set them up. The software is usually quirky, but functional — however, suddenly the app is displaying everything in Chinese! Rendered useless as I am not a man from China — nor do I play one on radio or television…. Can’t find any settings (that not reading Chinese thing) to fix this.

New upgrade — no English

For some very strange reason the upgraded app disabled the language function and converted the entire app into Chinese. Now, I do not read a word of Chinese so I cannot even change anything under settings. Can the app developers please look into this. It’s very inconvenient.
