The company also noted, windows 10 version 1903 reached the end of life in December 2020 and won’t publish any new cumulative updates for it.

1. Go to Windows Settings (Windows key + i) –> Update & Security –> Windows Update.
2. From the right-hand pane, click on View update history.
3. Now click on Uninstall updates.

Select Check for Updates and install the April 2019 Cumulative Update. If reinstalling the language pack does not mitigate the issue, reset your PC as follows:

1. Go to the Settings app > Recovery.
2. Select Get Started under the Reset this PC recovery option.
3. Select Keep my Files.
