This app is a complete waste of time. It freezes every single time after five seconds of use. Both apps have been tried. I also attempted uninstalling them and then reinstalling. The apps do not work on other devices, such as phones. They only work on my tablet. The app is a complete waste of time. They aren’t improving anything, and I don’t know what they are doing with these updates. This app is so poor that the microscope cannot be used. DO NOT BUY! !

This app has been around for many years. Solid photos. The Nov 22 update caused the app to refuse recognition of my camera, and it force-closes. This is unacceptable, as I use this app for work. When the issue has been resolved, I will submit/restore my review. My camera is useless as it stands.

It will open on Galaxy S7 Oreo, but not on Galaxy S9 Pie. Pie does not seem to support any Teslong Camera version available from Play Store. It works perfectly on Galaxy S7. It has basic functionality, but not many extra features. This is a problem with S9 Pie.

It worked fine up until I updated my phone. The app crashes and my phone can no longer use the camera. I hate when the developers don’t know how to keep up! !

My Samsung Note 8 is not working. It doesn’t appear to recognize the camera. It is trying to be used with the USB probe that I purchased from Amazon. It crashed after I installed it.

It stopped working. This product is useless because the phone no longer recognises it as a camera. It’s been less than one year. It was an excellent teaching tool, and the kids loved seeing their inner ears.

It worked for about a month.. then it stopped working.. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and even installing Windows on my laptop. No luck.. I went with CameraFi and the camera now works perfectly.

My Note 8 won’t allow me to open the app. The USB camera I purchased a year back worked great, but the app crashed upon opening after I updated it.

Hello, it is difficult to install the camera after I bought it. My phone galaxy s9 does not work…I don’t know what to do…I return it because I bought something and it doesn’t work. This stuff is very disappointing and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

It stopped working. It was fine and fun, but it is now useless.

This app is great and I absolutely love the mini otoscope. However, since Android’s latest update, it has stopped working. The app crashes constantly. It is urgent that you fix it so I can continue using it.

It works on an Android 8-powered laptop. My old Samsung S5 smartphone does not support this version. My smartphone works fine with their «HD» version.

I received a microscope for Christmas and it does not work. It was so frustrating because I needed to examine a large pimple.

Camera works well on Windows PC, but the android app only shows 1/16th of an image. This is not good news for me but it’s fine on my phone.

It’s confusing to call the app Hasframe camera once it is installed. When you click on the camera, you will see a dialog box asking you permission to cancel, set permission or go to settings. If you choose yes it will take you to your settings. Scroll down to Hasframe camera, open it, then scroll to permissions. Slide the greyed-out boxes to your right to enable permissions. Close the app, and you can give it another try. Now you can take and store photos and videos on your smartphone. It works well. UPDATE: Android update 8.1.0 was installed on my Motorola G5. This app no longer works. Open the app, click on usb endoscope, and then click OK. App error: Close app appears. I tried many things to get it working. CameraFi was the app that I found. It worked perfectly. It’s not the app’s fault, I suppose. It was great before the update. The app worked like a charm.
