Canon i-sensys MF3010 Printer Description & Review
The Canon MF3010 monochrome all-in-one laser printer is a good quality printer. This is an ultra-compact and easy to use multifunctional printer that delivers high quality of black & white prints, copy and color scans. This printer gives you the first print in 8 seconds.
Canon image CLASS MF3010 can print and copy up to 19 (ppm) for both black and white pages. Print resolution is also very high in this Canon printer. How to install Canon Mf3010 (Installation Guide)
I am glad to share with you a video tutorial that will show you how to install the Canon MF 3010 scanner driver manually using its basic driver.
Method 1: Install Canon imageCLASS MF3010 Printer with the help of CD/DVD (Automatic Wizard)
Requirements:
- Need one CD/DVD Drive installed on your computer.
- Need a Software/Driver CD Disk for Canon imageCLASS MF3010, which came with the printer.
- Need a USB cable that will connect your printer to your computer. It came with the printer.
Follow these steps to install the Canon imageCLASS MF3010 printer with CD/DVD Drive.
- Turn it on your computer, where you need to install the Canon imageCLASS MF3010 printer on it.
- Turn it on the printer as well.
- Keep the printer USB cable unplugged (Do not plug it in until it prompts).
- Insert Canon imageCLASS MF3010 CD into the CD/DVD drive on your computer, run the setup wizard of the CD, and follow their instructions to install it.
- Now connect the Canon imageCLASS MF3010 printer USB cable to the computer when the installer wizard asks (Note: Do not plug before asking). Wizard will be analyzed when you connect them. Once the printer is recognized, it will automatically take further steps. Note: Wait until the printer is finished detection.

- Turn your computer on, you need to install the Canon imageCLASS MF3010 printer on it.
- Turn it on the printer as well.
- Connect the printer USB cable from Printer to computer.
- Extract the Canon MF3010 setup file and its extracted location (the default location is TEMP folder)
- Click on the Start button ⇾ then click on Control Panel ⇾ then click on View Devices & Printer (for Windows 7, Vista users).
