 RightMark CPU Clock Utility (RMClock) – это простое приложение, которое разработано за мониторингом загрузки процессора и настройки его производительности. Через специальные регистры управления мощностью RMClock может регулировать производительность CPU «на лету». При работе в автоматическом режиме программа в живую мониторит загрузку процессора и динамически настраивает его частоту и уровень вольтажа, реализуя тем самым модель «Производительность по запросу»
 Основная версия RMClock доступна бесплатно для персонального использования в некоммерческих целях. Регистрация или активация продукта не требуется.

This utility will regulate the performance of the CPU and when working in the automatic mode, when it’s in live monitoring it’s voltage and frequency can be adjusted and even offers performance on demand.
