Pro street вылетает на windows 10

I finally found a fix for everyone who wishes to get their hands on this classic on newer systems.

Please, follow the steps and have fun:

Problem: NFS:PS Has an issue of not being able to click «Yes» and «No» on Create New Alias window when first launching the game. Fix: On the Task Manager, select nfs.exe process and set Affinity to 1 core (Core 0)

Problem: Graphics not changing/saving. Fix 1: Disable PnkBstrB Service in Services window. Select Disabled and Stop the service if it is running. Fix 2: Change the name of NFS.exe file to NFSPS.exe, seems to help some people. BOTH FIXES MUST BE DONE.

Other problems can appear, such as missing exhaust tips, brake discs layering over rims, but these are fixed by either a loading screen, or a game restart.

If this is the CD / DVD version of ProStreet, the issue is that Windows 10 removed the driver (secdrv.sys) used by Securom and Safedisk DRM (digital rights managment), and ProStreet uses Securom.  Windows Vista, 7, and 8 disabled, but did not remove, secdrv.sys, so it still can be enabled. Windows 10 doesn’t allow the driver, considering it to be a security risk. Apparently there was a download version of ProStreet at Origin, but it was removed. I don’t know if it could run on Windows 10.

Some people like myself, have multiple versions of Windows installed on the same system (multi-boot), to get around issues like this. For Windows 7 or later versions that got a free upgrade to Windows 10, you may be able to revert to the old operating system (be sure to back up all of your data first), but if you wanted both Win 7/8 and 10, you’d have to buy Win 10 instead of doing the free upgrade in order to have both Win 7/8 and Win 10 on the same system. You would need multiple partitions on a hard drive and/or multiple hard drives to setup a multi-boot system.

I’m sorry if im posting this in a wrong section,the forums page is really glitchy for me for some reason.

So I’m trying to play nfs pro street on my 64-bit Windows 10 machine. I have a gtx 950 and an fx-6100 (not overclocked) with 8 GB or ram.

The crashes are caused by ntdll.dll or nvd3dum.dll. It’s not a hardware problem as I ran a stress test of my gpu and cpu and my temps are fine.

Things I’ve tried: compatibility mode,running as administrator,re-installing latest drivers with geforce experience,changing 3d settings (that were provided by nvidia),disabling uac and dap,checking for missing/corrupted files on my pc using cmd,changing the exe’s name.

Im playing with a g27. I have two monitors.

Im getting diffrent opinions from everyone : people on reddit are telling me its my graphisc card (other games run just fine),nvidia says that its the game’s problem,one ea support person tells me that the game runs great on windows 10 and gave me these two links: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-fix-ntdll-dll-errors-2624474 https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-windows_programs/programs-close-faulting… (nonting from the links work) I also got a discount code, I said «the game is from 2007 and you guys still support it» and he said «Absolutely, we appreciate your love for the game. As you are a valuable EA customer, I would be happy to grant you a 15% discount…» and the other ea support guy just goes «This game is 10 years old and it may not be supported on windows 10» WHAT?!

Im ripping my hair out… Please I’m just trying to play a video game.
