Порядок планирования проекта

В главном меню утилиты необходимо нажать соответствующую кнопку, чтобы приступить к созданию проекта. Введите название и дату для нового документа. Теперь можно приступать к созданию перечня работ. Для редактирования проекта есть широкий набор инструментов. Пользуйтесь диаграммами, создавайте таблицы, иерархические структуры. В соответствующем окне поставьте связи между блоками. Сделать это можно мышью. Не забывайте задавать параметры связей в окне “Сетевой трафик”. Добавьте в перечень все доступные ресурсы компании. Помимо этого, вам следует указать стоимость, единицу измерения и тип. Сохраните проект. Теперь вы можете полностью контролировать ход выполнения задачи по времени.
