в итоге нашел на форуме вот это: Установил виндовс. Тут есть один нюанс. После установки виндовс, если подключен интернет, система уходит в следующие бесконечные активности:

1. установку устройств, если просто устанавливать из центра обновлений. При перезагрузке система бесконечно пытается перезагрузиться, при этом нет возможности запустить диспетчер задач и завершить процессы. Если перезагрузить вручную, то система бесконечно загружается.

2. установку устройств, если устанавливать необходимые заранее скачанные драйвера. При перезагрузке система бесконечно пытается перезагрузиться, при этом есть возможность запустить диспетчер задач и завершить процессы, но толку от это ноль — всё равно будет бесконечно перезагружаться. Если перезагрузить вручную, то система бесконечно загружается.После порядка 5ти попыток установки виндовс, пришёл к выводу, что нужно отрубать интернет сразу после подключения учётной записи. В таком случае, после установки WIN сразу накатываем заранее скачанный с офсайта драйвер чипсета, WIFI, драйвер видеокарты, перезагружаем — и вот тогда можно спокойно включать интернет, больше затырок не будет.
