• There is no difference in drivers perspective if it is standard or Enterprise edition. Only in the architecture.

  Standard and Enterprise editions can be both x86 or x64.

  You can check windows folder if you have an syswow64 folder in C:\windows it is x64 if not it is x86

• Hi,

  Determining the version of Windows 2003 that is running on a computer, use any one of the following methods:

  • Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, click Computer Management, right-click Computer Management (Local), and then click Properties.
  • Right-click My Computer on the desktop, and then click Properties.
  • Right-click Start, click Explore, and then click About Windows on the Help menu.
  • Click Start, click Run, type winmsd, and then press ENTER.
  • Click Start, click Run, type winver, and then press ENTER.
  • Open the C:\Boot.ini file and locate the [operating systems] section.

  Note: To locate Boot.ini, you may have to select the Show hidden files and folders option in Folder Options. To do this, follow these steps:

  1.Right-click Start, and then click Explore.

  2.On the Tools menu, click Folder Options, and then click the View tab.

  3.In the Advanced Settings area, click to select the Show hidden files and folders radio button, click to clear the Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) check box, click OK, and then close the window.

  4.Click Start, and the version is displayed vertically on the left side of the pop-up menu.

Имеется комп на котором рухнула система Windows Server 2003
Для восстановления надо взять правильный дмстрибутив,
а для этого узнать что было установлено.
Вопрос:
Как имея например Live CD узнать:
Язык установленной системы
Корпоративная или нет
Standart или Enterprize
Какой SP
Настоящая или переделанная из eval
и т.д.

нет никогого админа
есть сервер который ставил неизвесно кто и который не загружается
но можно посмотреть любой файл на нем
спросить можно только у файлов
вопрос у каких конкретно
