Issue with the gfx driver is that after the Win 10 logo appears and before the login screen the display signal is lost and does not return.

Issue is not to do with the connection or display as all is fine within Safe Mode and stays ok when within this mode.

Upon uninstalling and deleting the gfx driver and restarting the PC it’s fine using MS basic display driver, then as the PC is connected to the internet it updates the driver then loses signal.

I have tried installing the driver from the Intel website even though it does not state Win 10 in the OS column but, did work fine on 1709 update.

Driver 15.28.24.64.4229 Latest shows 6/5/2015, my machine did state June 2016 I think.

I have Reset my PC and this did not work. I tried using the media creation tool within Safe Mode with Networking but, get error 0x80072f76 — 0x20016, it works if I’m in normal mode when the MS basic driver is in play but as I advised above the driver
gets updated then I lose signal.

The only thing I can think of which I haven’t tried yet as I’m not at my PC now is installing the driver in compatibility mode.

Can someone advise further as searching the Internet I cannot quite get my issue resolved.
