HTC Home is a great weather widget for Windows desktop. It is analogous to the widget from HTC smartphones. It contains a clock and a weather forecast with animation.
HTC Home looks very beautiful, the animation is very realistic. Weather data is collected from Freemeteo, MSN and other servers. With HTC Home, you can view the weather a few days ahead right on your desktop. The forecast is accompanied by sound and animation. For example, if it rains in your area, there will be clouds on your desk, which will be abundant in water. Each such animation is accompanied by high-quality sound effects. It’s very unusual. Several skins will be available for you to choose from. All this is accompanied by a beautiful clock showing the time on your desktop. HTC Home software is a great way to customise the look of my Windows desktop. The interface is easy to navigate and the range of widgets available are really useful. I particularly like the rotating 3D globe which gives my desktop a fun and interactive feel. The software does come with some pre-installed items, but it’s simple to uninstall these if I don’t need them. The one downside is that I’ve found it can be a bit slow to load.
