Устранение критической ошибки

Для устранения критической ошибки скачайте и установите следующие три пакета обновлений.

  1. Скачайте и установите Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 с пакетом обновлений и перезагрузите компьютер.

  2. Скачайте и установите HP Software Framework и перезагрузите компьютер.

  3. Скачайте и установите HP Connection Manager и перезагрузите компьютер.

Теперь HP Connection Manager будет запускаться без сообщений об ошибке.

  2. Enter your product name or product serial number and click on the Submit button. You can view your product name and serial number in System Information. For this, click on Windows Search and type System Information. After that, select the System Information from the Search Results.
  3. Now, click on the Software, Drivers, and Firmware tab on the left side.
  4. After that, the HP website will show you all the drivers for your system model under different categories.
  5. Scroll down and expand the Software-Solutions tab.
  6. Download the HP Hotkey Support driver and install it.

3] Update or install the required driver via HP Support Assistant

If none of the above solutions work, use HP Support Assistant to update or install the required driver. HP laptops come with the pre-installed HP Support Assistant. This software helps HP users troubleshoot some common issues, update device drivers and firmware, connect with HP Customer Care, etc. If you do not find this tool on your HP laptop, you can install it from the official website of HP.
