Thanks for the quick response.
The proposed version did not work.
I found a version for Windows 7 x 64 (sp56876.exe) here and used.
It took a former .NET Framework (3.5) in order to install so I had to activate only in the front Windows settings.
After reboot, all access keys work.

EliteBook 6930p: battery Elitebook 6930 2 not available

I recently had a 6930p Elitebook which was once used as a computer professional, and I photographed it with a copy of Windows 7, I confess, and then upgraded to Windows 10. I noticed that when I click on the battery down to the left, it is said there are two batteries. Battery 1 seems to work fine, but 2 battery says it is not available for use. Is there something I can do to make the second battery work? I would like to improve the battery 1 battery lasts approximately 2 hours. Thank you.

HP 8760w upgraded with SSD SATA 6gbs does not
I have a HP 8760w and I put a Samsung 840 Pro 256 GB SSD inside.
In BIOS SATA is set to 6 Gb / s, but when I enter the program Samsung magician (win 7) its tells me that 6 GB / s is not available.
What can I do to get 6 Gb / s to work?

DVD Studio Pro DVD «supported disc not available».
Hello Forum,
I am trying to burn a DVD again an already existing DVD Studio, already registered and created the file pro with all the menus related to the video file. Another company created the DVD Studio pro menu and queue in front of me, I replace the newly edited video and try to burn a DVD with the new video and audio files.
I compressed the file Compressor 3.5 using the button create DVD in the compressor, I created a file DVD SD Mpeg2, audio and video. Imported in the pro Studio already created DVD file, I have the burned DVD, but appears to «Support disc not available» when I try to play the DVD on my Imac drive (also not tried in a standard DVD player no chance)… I tried this twice now, the first time that I realized I had created a HD DVD, I also created a separate folder on the external drive as well. When I click on the DVD that was burned it shows as: HVDVD_TS and no audio file.
Can you please help me, I watched the video of youtube after another, but I’m not create from scratch, I know not at all unfortunately the program, but I use a DVD already created Studio, file with many menus already linked to the video and don’t want to not recreate from scratch… I think this should not be so difficult, and definitely miss me something.

Commercial DVDs do not play on MacBook Pro. «Not allowed» and «Supported disc not available» is displayed. DVD plays normally when inserted in a different drive.

When commercial DVD (NTSC) inserted in the MacBook Pro DVD Player error messages «forbidden» and «Supported disc not available» are displayed when I tried to play the DVD. When the DVD was removed from the MacBook Pro and inserted into a different DVD player, it works normally, then the DVD was apparently not the problem.
Your help is appreciated…
Delete ‘ ~ / Library/Preferences/com.apple.DVDPlayer.plist ‘ and a DVD player or reopen could solve the problem.

It should work now.
Instructions to fix a corrupted in 2011 VI or more:
1. close LabVIEW
2. Add connPaneRecoveryMode = true to the file LabVIEW.ini (-the file LabVIEW.ini is located in the folder of National Instruments > LabVIEW 2011 > LabVIEW.ini)
3. open the VI corrupt.
4. press CTRL + A on the block diagram and the copy / paste to a new VI.
5. save the new VI.
6. close LabVIEW and remove the token of the ini (VERY IMPORTANT)
7 restart LabVIEW and load the new VI and check that it is correct. Save

HP Pavilion dv6-1242tx: updated driver required but not available to HP support.
I noticed that my keyboard returns incorrect symbols as I type. A case occurs when I hit shift-2 poster ‘symbol’ instead of @. My PC has a QWERTY keyboard, and I am currently using regional (UK) English, the input parameters and the format.
Also, when I go into my control panel / devices and material, I see the error message that is associated with my PC:
Status: Driver is not available
Status: Driver error.
I have checked with the help of HP but have found that the driver for my model number and the operating system is not available.
Can then someone suggest a source for a driver or a workaround?
I noticed the warnings in support of HP related software vendors claiming to be affiliated with HP, so I thought I would ask this forum before you search the web.

If the @ symbol is SHIFT + 2 key, then you have a style WE keyboard (the ‘ is on shift + 2 on a UK layout). For this to work properly, you must select the United States keyboard layout — you can change your keyboard layout, as described at the link below.

You are right. HP Scanjet 5200C is not supported in Windows 7.

There is no Win 7 for the Scanjet 5200C driver. In the Windows 7 Compatibility Center, it looks like a HP scanner which had a Vista driver works in Windows 7. I don’t know if Win 7 just use Vista driver or the Vista driver was simple update to Windows 7. Unfortunately, the Scanjet 5200c only had drivers for Win 95, 98, 2000, NT 4.0 and XP.

Any idea when a raw codec pack which supports Canon 6 d will be available?
The last Microsoft Camera Codec Pack (16.4.1734.1104), published on 12/11/2012 does not support the 6 d, can not watch raw. Cr2 files in Windows Explorer. Any idea when an update will be published?
As you have noticed originally that the Microsoft Camera Codec Pack does not support the Canon 6 d. If you look at how they add cameras, chances are good that in the next six months, they’ll add taken in charge as they add more new cameras lately.
Canon did release a codec in mid December 2012 which supports viewing RAW images in Windows Explorer or the photo gallery. Look for the Canon RAW Codec 1.11.0 version
That being said, this is a 32-bit version. If you have a 64-bit system, it won’t help with Windows Explorer. Canon has never released a 64-bit version of their codec.

Had trouble at the start, but was able to install in compatibility mode for win 7, which solved the problem of the printer.
Now I have problems with the installation of MP Navigator to scan.

Thank you for the information.
You can uninstall the drivers from Device Manager and try to install the latest versions to check the issue.
If the problem persists, try to install the software of the browser in compatibility mode and see if that fixes the problem.

Driver Bluetooth not available on the Dell Support suite

I have this Dell Inspiron 15R N5110 for the last year and I am generally satisfied with his performance. I got Windows 7 Ultimate edition provided by my dealer and it worked well all round. I joined Dell Community a few months ago and downloaded and installed DELL QUICKSET from Dell Support site as an update. Before installing Quickset suite Bluetooth to my laptop would work fine, but after installing quick adjustment, it has stopped working. Without doubt, I disturbed the sequence
Recently, I installed a new copy of Windows 7 and follow the order appropriate for the installation of the driver. I couldn’t find a driver Bluetooth of independent outside the BHS + WLAN driver on the dell support Web page. The laptop recognize the Bluetooth and Wireless LAN adapter but cannot start the two. I found the wireless LAN driver, but the driver now Bluetooth is not available on the official Dell support site. I tried online diagnostics and research on the Dell Support programs but could not find.

Inspiron 15R N5110 goes hand in hand with a combo (Wi — Fi and Bluetooth) card and the drivers are not provided separately. You will need to download the driver of combo on the Dell site.
