Данное средство обнаружения продуктов устанавливает на устройство Microsoft Windows программное,которое позволяет HP обнаруживать продукты HP и Compaq и выполнять сбор данных о них для обеспечения быстрого доступа информации поддержке решениям Сбор тех. данных по поддерживаемым продуктам, которые используются для определения продуктов, предоставления соответствующих решений и автообновления этого средства, а также помогают повышать качество продуктов, решений, услуг и удобства пользования.
Примечание: Это средство поддерживается только на компьютерах под управлением ОС Microsoft Windows. С помощью этого средства можно обнаружить компьютеры и принтеры HP.

If your HP 620 Notebook PC is not running as smoothly as it used to be, for instance, your computer is running a bit slower than before, or that you notice some computer problems, like your network connection is off all the time, or that your speaker doesn’t work at all, one of the first things to do is to update the computer drivers for your HP 620 Notebook PC.
To do so, you can choose to download the drivers for HP 620 Notebook PC manually, or download the drivers automatically, which saves you a bunch of time and energy so you can work on more valuable things.
How to update HP 620 Notebook PC drivers
There are mainly two ways you can update the drivers for HP 620 Notebook PC:
Method 1: Update the drivers manually – It requires that you have the computer skills and the time to identify the correct drivers to download and then update manually.
OR
Method 2: Update the drivers automatically (suggested) – It’s definitely the easiest and fastest way to get the drivers updated.
Method 1: Update the drivers manually
To update the drivers for HP 620 Notebook PC, you’ll first need to download them. So we first need to find the appropriate drivers on HP support.
To do so:
- Go to HP Software and Driver Download page here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
- Click the Laptop icon, and type in the computer model HP 620 Notebook PC in the input field. Then click Submit when your computer model shows up as more information you provide.
- Then you’ll see the software and drivers download page. Make sure the operating system is correct. If not, you’ll need to Choose a different OS.
- If you don’t see your computer operating system here, it’s because your computer doesn’t have driver support from HP. In that case, we suggest that you try Driver Techie to find available drivers from other reliable sources.
- Expand the correct category for the drivers you need, then click the setup file to download the drivers one by one. Please note that there could be more than one driver under each category, and you’ll need to choose the latest version of the driver.
- After the driver download, you can usually double-click the setup file to run the driver installation one by one.
- You may need to restart your computer for the change to take effect.
Method 2: Update the drivers automatically (suggested)

Если они установлены и видны в Диспетчере устройств, то они есть! Там всё опредилилось: и HDMI-звук видеокарты, и аудиоконтроллер.
Можете также попробовать этот драйвер (устанавливать вручную из Диспетчера устройств, распаковав куда-нибудь драйвер).

How to Update Device Drivers
There are two ways to update drivers.
Option 1: Update drivers automatically
The Driver Update Utility for HP devices is intelligent software which automatically recognizes your computer’s operating system and Sound / Audio model and finds the most up-to-date drivers for it. There is no risk of installing the wrong driver. The Driver Update Utility downloads and installs your drivers quickly and easily.
You can scan for driver updates automatically and install them manually with the free version of the Driver Update Utility for HP, or complete all necessary driver updates automatically using the premium version.
Tech Tip: The Driver Update Utility for HP will back up your current drivers for you. If you encounter any problems while updating your drivers, you can use this feature to restore your previous drivers and configuration settings.
Double-click on the program to run it. It will then scan your computer and identify any problem drivers. You will see a results page similar to the one below:
Click the Update button next to your driver. The correct version will be downloaded and installed automatically. Or, you can click the Update All button at the bottom to automatically download and install the correct version of all the drivers that are missing or out-of-date on your system.
Before updating, use the built-in driver backup feature to save your current drivers to a specified folder. Use this backup folder to safely restore drivers if necessary:
