«Showing printer is offline» is a different issue. We recommend you to please uninstall all the currently installed printer driver from the control panel and then turn off the printer and the computer for 1 minute. Do unplugged all the cables from the back of the HP 2135 printer. And unplugged the power cable of the printer from the wall outlet. After that, boot your computer and install this HP 2135 driver again. Make sure don’t turn on the printer until this driver installer will ask you to connect the printer or turn it ON.
