The N550JV features a top quality IPS display, producing a crisp, crystal-clear finish with superior viewing angles. The matte finish is glare-free and the high resolution (up toFull-HD) provides a crisp image.
In addition to accurate color reproduction, N Series notebooks boast wide viewing angles of 178°.
SonicMaster
Developed together with Bang & Olufsen ICEpower, SonicMaster delivers sound quality that’s unprecedented in mobile computing.
The new N Series features a four-speaker sound system for brilliant surround sound. An external subwoofer is included for more realistic bass performance.
Four speakers
The four-speaker integrated audio system gives the notebook a more realistic surround sound experience that will especially appeal to movie buffs.
High performance and constant availability
A fourth-generation Intel Core processor runs all applications on this notebook, and a discrete Nvidia GeForce graphics card makes it compatible with the latest DirectX 11 games. The notebook’s exclusive Super Hybrid Engine II power management system allows this notebook to wake up from sleep mode in just a couple of seconds, and it can go up to two weeks in sleep mode without recharging. And if the battery drops below a certain level, it automatically saves all open files to prevent data loss.
How to install the driver for Asus N550JV
To download and install the entire driver package for your printer, follow the instructions in the table below:
- The first thing to do is to download the right driver. In the table below, select your operating system and click on the “Download” link
- After the download is complete, you must run the downloaded file. In most cases you should double-click on the installation file to do this.
- Further actions should be carried out by following the installation guide
- At the end of the installation, press the “Finish” button and connect the printer to your computer.

High-Efficiency Cooling System
The new N Series notebooks feature a highly efficient cooling system with dual fans, heat pipes, and large ventilation grills.
By placing the ventilation holes in the back of the chassis, the cooling system of this notebook not only works effectively, but also with a minimum noise level.
USB 3.0 interface
Hi-Speed USB 3.0 transfers data at bandwidths up to several times faster than USB 2.0. The notebook also features fast USB charging for mobile devices.
Comfortable Touch Screen
ASUS N Series notebooks have an intuitive multi-touch screen, which allows you to use simple gestures to perform actions such as scrolling, zooming, rotating, and more. It differs from conventional touchscreens in its increased responsiveness.
