После долгих поисков в интернете мне удалось найти собственный драйвер, который работал для меня:

Для установки мне пришлось сначала отключить проверку подписи Microsoft.

1. Запустите командную строку от имени администратора и введите следующие 2 команды:

   bcdedit -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON

2. Перезапустить компьютер

3. Скачайте драйвер по ссылке выше и установите его

4. Повторно включите проверку подписи:

   bcdedit -set loadoptions ENABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF

Работало, сейчас 2018 и у меня OpenGL 2.1, ура ….
