It takes my cameras a long time to connect. The old IDMSS Plus app loaded the cameras instantly. It can take a few minutes for the cameras to load up on this app. Sometimes they won’t load at all. Everything else seems to work fine.

I was prompted to upgrade from iDMSS plus to this app. It doesn’t seem to work when you get a notification and you hit the playback. That’s an important feature that needs to work to playback any motion.
Why update to a new app and the features don’t even work comparing to the older app.
There is no way for me to see the record view when I get a notification to see what motion was detected. It does not play but goes to another time.
