How to Fix Common Driver Issues?
It can be easy to confuse issues with a Bluetooth driver with issues that are more firmly rooted in hardware. For instance, some USB devices will not work in certain positions (front or back of the motherboard), or some will not work at all if they are not shielded. These issues are not caused by the drivers, but by hardware design issues that can often be fixed by a few simple steps.
First of all, you will need to make sure that your device is properly paired and configured. This can be done by navigating to the Bluetooth & other devices settings and selecting your device from the list of available Bluetooth devices. Make sure that it is not hidden and that the status is set to “On”.
If you are experiencing Bluetooth & other device problems. It may be due to an outdated or corrupted driver. To resolve this, simply download a free tool like DriverEasy. The software will scan your computer for all outdated drivers. And then automatically update them for you. Once the drivers are updated. Finally, be sure to remove any other Bluetooth drivers from your system before installing the CSR Harmony drivers. Any other Bluetooth stacks – such as CSR, BlueSoleil, or Widcomm – will conflict with the drivers that come from Windows.

UCSR 4.0 Harmony
My original CSR 4.0 Bluetooth adapter was made by Gembird:
Original Drivers and manuals can be downloaded from here:
https://www.gembird.com/item.aspx?id=9013
https://www.gembird.com/Repository/9013/BTD-MINI4_driver_266C242F-388A-4CA8-A935-DBF5C724B0BE.rar
The drivers archive has the CD drivers and Gembird names the adapter as BTD-MINI5.
The adapter can work with default windows drivers, too.
The adapter is pretty good, but uses slightly flimsy plastic so I had to glue together a little the plastic cap, along the joint.
