Статья 4. Прекращение договора
(1)	Вы можете расторгнуть данное лицензионное соглашение в любое время, уведомив компанию CASIO о вашем желании прекратить договор в письменном виде.
(2)	Компания CASIO оставляет за собой право расторгнуть данное лицензионное соглашение в любое время, если вы нарушили хотя бы одно условие данного соглашения.
(3)	Вы соглашаетесь, после прекращения действия данного соглашения немедленно и полностью уничтожить Драйвер и его копии.

Статья 5. Другие условия
(1)	Любые претензии, возникающие в связи с настоящим Соглашением, регулируются законодательством Японии.
(2)	Любые споры, возникающие в связи с настоящим Соглашением, подпадают под юрисдикцию Окружного Суда Токио.
(3)	Правила и условия этого лицензионного соглашения распространяются также на все будущие обновления данного Драйвера.
