Option 1: Install the Bluetooth drivers manually

If you’re familiar with PC hardware, you can try to install the latest Bluetooth drivers manually.

Windows 10

In most cases, when you plug your dongle into a Windows PC with Internet access, Windows 10 will search and install the drivers for your Bluetooth dongle automatically.

But Windows normally won’t give you the latest drivers. Sometimes, Windows can’t even recognize your Bluetooth dongle.
