Sometimes there is an hourglass image when the system launches a requested program, or a Web page is loading after the user has clicked on a link. The hourglass image indicates that the user needs to wait for some time until his command is executed. At times, we may get bored with the look and feel of our computers. Some of the following packages contain an INF file, and some do not. An INF file is an installer file that is included with the download file. If a Cursor set has an INF file, you can install it and use that pack directly from your mouse settings (the cursor’s set name comes in the scroll-down option).
