If we still cannot synchronize our device, it is possibly due to the fact that we do not have the most recent version of the Windows 10 MTP driver. To do this, we will have to replace the controllers that we have in our equipment:
- First of all, cwe will connect our device to the computer.

- Here we will have several situations: we will look for a device called ADB, Unknown Device or MTP Device.
